This 7-night habit before going to bed enriched my Life and made me an organized, calm, and compost person.

Get Organised by following the 7-night routine.
- Meal Planning - Take a quick inventory of your pantry, fridge, and freezer to see what you already have on hand that you can make meals out of.
 - Utilize the time in meal preparation like cutting the vegetables and storing them in the refrigerator to avoid the morning.
 - Cleaning the dishes or Loading the dishwasher. Wiping off the kitchen for the next day's use.
 - Load the washing machine for the night or the morning cycle.
 - A quick 10-minute cleaning of the entire house. Keeping the things in their respective places like books on bookshelves, clothes in the hanger, folding clothes and placing them in the wardrobe, or the dirty clothes in the laundry bag.
 - Plan the next day's outfit for the morning walk, yoga, and the office.
 - Prayer before sleep. Be thankful to God for all the blessings received throughout the day. Pray for a safe sleep for you and your loved ones.
 
Following this routine at night makes our lives easier and increases our productivity. It not only helps us to start our day smoothly but also with a calm mind, body, and soul.
